Photo-Form is a unique tile studio which creates bas-relief tiles for the architecture and interiors professions. We utilize a patented technology called Photo-Cast® to create relief tiles from any type of two dimensional image.

Keith Carlson founded Photo-Form. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the architecture field, Keith applies both his management and design skills to every project.

Keith is a licensed architect in New York, California, and Arizona. He has earned an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute, and a Graduate degree in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-ARC). Keith has taught at SCI-ARC and the Fashion Institute of technology (FIT), and is currently on the faculty at California State Univesity Long Beach within the design department.

Photo-Form's studio is located in Santa Ana CA, where the company employs a strong team of skilled craftspeople. Our corporate offices are located in Laguna Beach.
